Heckers Greenhouse at heckersgreenhouse.co.za is the online store of Heckers Garden Centre. This version is a demonstration using sample products and PayFast sandbox payments.

Your order information Checkout records your name, email address, telephone number, address, selected products and order totals. The store team uses these details to manage the demonstration order and answer your questions. Orders are available to authorised administrators, the customer account used when placing the order, and through your private receipt link. Keep that link private.

Payments and delivery Payment entry takes place on PayFast's hosted sandbox. This website does not collect or store your card number or card security code. It records the payment reference and status returned by PayFast. Courier quotes are placeholders in this demo and no shipment is booked.

Browser storage and external services Your shopping cart is saved in local browser storage. Customer and administrator sign-in use essential session cookies. Signed-in customers can save contact and delivery details. We keep a limited recently viewed product history and use viewed and purchased products to suggest other products. You can clear viewing history from your account. Clearing viewing history does not remove order records. Embedded maps and videos connect to their respective providers and may share technical information such as your IP address. Server logs may record technical request information needed to operate and protect the site.
